About me

In my buisness life I have worked for small and mediumsized private companies - as consultant and pratical business advisor - and for big companies in exciting jobs. I have been hired in private companies in different sectors and in Goive vernment administration. 

I have learned how big organisations is structured and operate. Seen how important it is to implement methods to make the real difference between high and low productivity. Seen have the effective methods do lead to great possibilities to upscale and expand.

One might say that my background from several different sectors and type of companies have been out of focus for my career. But my conclusion is that the different inputs helps me a lot to make practical benchmarking and understanding of different working ways in different sectors - all a big possibility to find new ways and make change management in practice.  

It would be a big mistake to call me specialist in the normal context - I am specialist in change mangement and the biggest advantage for this is actually to be a creative and effective generalist for implementing results in companies   

Life has taught me that the 3 parameters   methods - people - teknologi always has to be in balance in a effective company.  

No one can use the best ERP or IT system if the methods do not support it or the people using it do not understand it
